Using this site

This site is published by Korrine Sky. By using it you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You may read, share and link to anything published here. You may not copy substantial parts of it, republish it as your own, or use it to train commercial models without written permission.

Intellectual property

The written work, case studies, photography and frameworks on this site, including the Clarity, Credibility, Connection framework and the Cultural Alignment Filter, belong to Korrine Sky unless stated otherwise.

You are welcome to use the frameworks inside your own organisation. If you cite them publicly or teach from them, credit them: Sky, K. (2025) 'Cultural Alignment Framework', Culture & Commerce.

Third party logos, artist images and client marks remain the property of their owners and appear here to identify work delivered.

Downloads and resources

The toolkit, speaker pack, glossary and lessons are provided for general information. They are educational material, not tailored advice, and no particular commercial outcome is promised or implied by using them.

Enquiries and engagements

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or reserve a date. Bookings, retainers and projects are only confirmed in a separate written agreement setting out scope, fees and dates.

Availability, fees and formats described on the site are indicative and can change.

Accuracy and links

Case studies describe work delivered in good faith and to the best of my knowledge at the time of publication. Figures are drawn from project records and partner reporting.

This site links to external sites, including YouTube and Substack. Those sites are governed by their own terms and are not under my control.

Liability and law

Nothing on this site is legal, financial or professional advice, and no liability is accepted for decisions taken on the basis of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
