What I led
- Social media management and content strategy, developing the digital approach that scaled EB from 300 to 3,000+ engaged members.
- Team placement, embedding one of my social media assistants to manage EB's channels for consistency and engagement.
- Event growth and marketing, supporting the promotion of three sold-out events, two in the UK and one in Zimbabwe.
- Community engagement consulting, advising on the audience strategy that keeps the membership active rather than passive.
- Event organisation and speaker booking, shaping programmes, securing speakers and hosting on the day.
- Consulting on brand, positioning and audience for EB's leadership team.
- Speaking and brand experience, delivering talks at EB events and curating custom gifting and PR experiences for attendees.
- Podcast production, executive producing Her Executive Diary, EB's storytelling platform amplifying Black women in leadership, career and business.
