Gate 65

2026 · 2025 to 2026, Leicester

Context

I promoted Gate 65 and programmed what happened inside it: events, talent booking, artist liaison and the social channels that filled the room. Nightlife is where audiences are built before anyone can sell a ticket to a bigger show.

My role

Venue Strategy · Programming · Marketing

  • Promoted the venue as a destination, not a one-off night.
  • Programmed and delivered events across the calendar.
  • Booked talent, from DJs and performers to headline guests, including Rotimi's first Leicester show, sold out to capacity.
  • Ran social media management and content strategy across the channels.
  • Handled artist liaison on show nights, from advance to arrival to stage.

A venue with a recognisable identity and a returning audience, and a room that proved a campaign can fill when the programming is right.
