Baba Harare

2026 · Zimbabwean musician, Jiti, Afropop and Afro-contemporary · November to July, Jiti GodFather UK Tour

A national act turned into a touring business.

This was not support, it was infrastructure. I ran strategy, management and execution across a full UK tour, converting creative momentum into sold-out rooms, a stadium booking and a bigger cultural footprint.

What I led

  • Management and strategy across releases, positioning and live growth.
  • The full UK tour, November to July, routed through eight dates and finished in Birmingham.
  • Headline show coordination and bookings support, UK and international. I promoted some shows myself and secured the rest as his agent.
  • Every date landed in an unexplored territory, marketed organically, and every show sold out.
  • A stadium booking at the Unity Cup, representing the Zimbabwe Warriors at half time on the Zimbabwe v Nigeria match, alongside Flavour.
  • Release strategy across Greater & Wiser, Prove Them Wrong, Zimbabwean Giant, Vaccine and Generator.
  • Creative direction across campaigns and storytelling moments.
